The Ridgeway Military and Aviation Research Group (RMARG) has some facinating stuff on the old Harwell Airfield, and especially the Harwell Catapult!

We have also found a great site for other local news.  Not in our area perhaps, but its a great site but it just shows how good a local village/parish web site can get.  You can find the Hawkinge Gazette here!

There are quite a few cycle routes through the village, the first one we list here is the most popular for road cycling - 12 Churches
